Coastal vistas of the iconic Penmon Lighthouse, Isle of Anglesey
Penmon Lighthouse (Menai Lighthouse) & Penmon Point (Black Point)
Penmon Lighthouse (Trwyn Du Lighthouse) was first constructed in 1838 and is located between Dinmar Point close to Penmon and Puffin Island, at the eastern-most point of the Isle of Anglesey,
it provides a safe passageway between the two Islands.
The cylindrical stone tower designed by James Walker and stands at 29m tall & was designed with a stepped base to help prevent the upsurge of waves.
