Queen Elizabeth Memorial & King George VI Memorial, The Mall, London

• The Queen Elizabeth Memorial & King George VI Memorial are located on the Mall in central London, with the King George VI Memorial statue postioned above that of the Queen Mother Memorial statue.

• The King George VI Memorial statue was designed by sculptor William McMillan, the bronze statue shows the king dressed in naval uniform upon a plinth of Portland stone

• The Queen Elizabeth Memorial statue was designed by Philip Jackson, the bronze statue of the Queen mother depicts her in her coronation robes mounted on a plinth of Portland stone with two additional bronze reliefs either side of the statue depicting her visiting homeless families during the Blitz and enjoying the races at Ascot.
